pricing

Good Afternoon,
I was wondering if you could please clarify something for me. The attached photo has one price in the thumbnail comps and a different price listed when you go to purchase it. Could you please let me know which price is correct for this image. (Also, if the lower price is correct could you please let me know how to purchase it)
