Downloaded Image from another site

I purchased and downloaded two images of Yuri's from another site. I knew they were what I wanted for the cover of an ebook I was planning to write. The books are now done, and I am ready to self-publish, but the images are no longer available at the other site. What does that mean for me? Am I now not allowed to use the images? Do I have to repurchase them from you?

I have spent some time in trying to locate you online. I need an answer to my question, please. My graphic designer has already produced the covers of the books and I am concerned what to do next.

Also, do you withdraw any pictures from this site and would that then prohibit me from using them?

Hi Karen, apologies that we are only responding to your request now. If you have purchased and downloaded the images previously, it is fine to use them in accordance with the terms and conditions of the purchase. Yuri has pulled his images from other sites and these are now exclusively showcased on his own site, called peopleimages.com. If we do withdraw an image from the site it would be because someone has purchased its exposure and use exclusively going forward.
