Mentioning wine

I'm wondering if I need permission to mention wine and wine varietals in the copy that will go on this image... and how I'd go about getting it.

Standard procedure regarding sensitive use of our images is totally dependant on what is being advertised & to what use the image will be used. Permitted use according the Sensitive License, in your case with alcohol, first needs to go through a verifications process which means we'll need a sample image with the alcohol attached as it would have been advertised. Our legal team than accesses the add & apon approval a Sensitive License gets issued for you need with the necessary pricing attached. I noticed that as per image link that you have acquired an Extended License for Re-Sale use therefore you are on the right track, so as soon as you can send me a sample of your image with the alcohol attached to forward through to our legal team, the sooner I'll be able to resolve your licensing for your add.
