Refund

Hi, I am trying to get a refund for accidentally purchasing too many credits from my last purchase. I've been waiting for several months for a reply. Please get back to me with information about when my refund will be processed. Thanks,

You can always get a refund. If you are not getting a reply from support, it is most likely because it labeled your email as spam. We use a corporate version of Gmail and it sometimes does that. In such a case, try calling us, try the live chat or even just add us on Skype and start a conversation.
