Can not downlaod image

I can not download the image I purchased--it seems like you have technical problems. Please advise.

Highly unlikely. We have not had such a glitch in the history of the site (8 years now). You can always redownload any images you have bought. Go to your account/balance. Click the image, and press download.
Most likely your internet connection got cut off or timed out. Just redownload :)
