Refund request

Hi I would like to have a refund on the receipt ID Y106947. The image is no good. I have purchased another one and would like this one to be cancelled and refunded. Thank you.

    Dear Mr., Dear. Ms.,

    I bought the $250 package. For reference ID: Y182779. That was not on purpose as i wanted to buy a less valuable package than that but noticed too late that I have pruchased it.
    Is there any possibility to refund the remaining money back to my account?
