Late Registration

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a Art&Frame Company in Turkey. I received an interesting mail from someone in Turkey. According to ths mail, she said I used unauthorized image and I have to pay fee. When I searched on internet, I didn't come across reliable company. Because of that I want to write to you.
At first, our web site prepared by a company in Turkey. I have no doubt there is a problem like that. After I received mail, I buy licence (10$). I am really sorry about this situation.
I don't want to contact with suspicious company at Turkey. I'll appreciate if you can help me.
