What camera settings do you use?

I was just wanting to ask you how do you get all your models in such clear focus? What settings do you use to achieve this when working in a studio as you do?

I use a low aperture, but I pay close attention and use my custom monopod all the time. Really, it's just practice.

I just used your tip for lighting photographing food (actually i used it to shoot a coffee cup with a 20 stuck in it as in giving a waitress a generous tip) and bounced a flash off the wall and 1light off the ceiling and back toward the subject and it worked like a charm ! In fact it's probably my best photo yet, thanks to you. If i win the big lotto i'm gonna hire you for 1 month to teach me what the heck i'm doing... what else would i do with all that money anyway :) thanks !
