Can you recommend a camera?

Hey Yuri,

Just purchased one of your photos, you got some great ones!

I'm also looking to get into photography and was wondering if you could suggest a good camera in the $600-900 price range that's good for both, video and photo?

If your budget is limited to 600-900 USD, I'd go for a point and shoot camera. A Canon Powershot G12 is a fantastic camera and can easily produce images that meet the requirements of the stock industry. It's a very underrated camera that outperforms cameras within the same price range, and it is also very affordable. It's my preferred camera when going on vacation.
