I am think of using one of your images to help the commercial arm of a Uk charity from depositphotos website.

They want to use it in conjunction with a brand/logo - basic words e.g inspiring youth !! and use one of your images to emphasis a 10 week course for motivating under prevelidge teenagers. The wording on DepositPhoto places concern on how the image will be used, as it will NOT be used directly for "use a file for the creation of a trademark, logotype, or company name" but could be seen that way and the reason for contacting you directly.

Og course happy to pay Depositphotos fee, I am sure they will be happy to credit you directly on any printed training material and mention on the course page on their website. I would be grateful if you could support this Charity and provide a wqarrenty to cover the above concern

Firstly, thanks for first checking with us before just going ahead with the campaign.

Unfortunately before I can authorize such use I would have to see a design within which the image will be used. I am quite certain there shouldn't be any problems, but I will need to to see the design first.
