File not downloading!
My image is not loading and I am under a DEADLINE…Uuugh! I'm a new customer and I bought two images just this morning—no problems, now, I click on the download button and it just spins. Unfortunately it has deducted money from my account without sending the file HELP!

You can always re-download your files from your download history under "history". So if there was a transfer error you can just do that in your own time
