ho should buy the licenses for photos

Hello

2) I design the cover of the book. I wonder who should buy the licenses for photos? Whether it should be me, because I use the photos of my project? But I resell this project for a book publisher. Maybe licenses should buy a book publisher or printing house, which will print the book?
I am much confused. Please help me. I care that the owner of the book did not have a problem with copyright when printing and selling his book.

2)
If I should put on the photo some information who is the author, or maybe I should do it in the middle of the book? On page in the book where are lists with publisher, illustrator, etc?

I will be very grateful for your help.

Hey Anna

Its so exciting that you are interested in using one of our images for a book cover:). In order to use the image on a book cover you would be required to purchase the desired image with an Extended License Agreement.

As the Graphic Designer you are able to purchase the image on behalf of your client, however the payment and receipt will be deducted and reflected on your PeopleImages account. I could also create an account for your client and then the payment and receipt will be directed to them directly?

Please feel free to read through the Extended License Agreement on this link I have added below, and feel free to ask me any further asking if there is something that is not clear for you.

    Hello,
Thank you for your reply. So I understand that the license of the photo should buy a book publisher ?

Can you help me, I have one more question?

Where should add information about the author of the photo? On the photo? But it will not look good on the cover of the book. Maybe in the middle of the book, on a special site?

I will be very grateful for your help.

    Hey Ania

You do not need to add information about the author of the image anywhere on the book cover. On the condition that you purchase the image with an Extended License.

Please feel free to read through the Extended License Agreement on this link I have added below, and feel free to ask me any further asking if there is something that is not clear for you.
