Hi Michaela,
We do not offer a bundle of "annual unlimited license" (multiseat license), however we offer 4 different types of licenses to suit your needs (http://peopleimages.com/support/licenseAgreement):
We have the the Standard license agreement (http://peopleimages.com/support/licenseAgreement/standard) where you receive an ongoing, non-transferable worldwide license to use the media for permitted uses ( no more than 499,999 impressions).
The Extended license (http://peopleimages.com/support/licenseAgreement/extended) allowing more than 499,999 impressions, use of media within resale, within electronic items for resale and within "on demand" products for sale of profit.
Time Exclusive license agreement (http://peopleimages.com/support/licenseAgreement/time_exclusive) we guarantee that the media in question is exclusively available for purchasing only on the site and that the media in question will not be available for download on the site from the date of your purchase of the media until the date specified in your order.
99% Buy-out license agreement (http://peopleimages.com/support/licenseAgreement/99buyout) The requested media will be removed from all major online stock agencies websites within 5 working days from the date you purchase any media under this agreement. This promise is not 100% guaranteed that the media will be completely removed from all sites, however we promise that we will do our best to remove this media from our partners sites.
If there is anything that you are unsure about please advice, I will be happy to assist you.
Warm regards,
Lucretia

Hi Michelle,
sorry, I double sent this. Not seeing your answer.
Our client usually likes to put the image into an internal database, so that all debpartments can use the image. With fotolia and istock it is possible to purchase a multi seat license. Would it be possible with your images as well?
Let me know if you need any further information.
All the best
michaela

Hi Michaela,
I just need to clarify what this means: "so that all debpartments can use the image" I can't give you any promises until I know the intended use, the reason for this being that whilst we do not have a typical "multi-seat" we do allow for multiple users to utilise an image within specific parameters.
Here is a theoretical example, using our extended Licaense:
Coca-Cola purchases an image and shares it internally for its design team, marketing, accounting, etc to use. This image is only used for a single Christmas marketing campaign for Coke, it can be printed on the cans, billboards, magazines, online, etc if it represents the said campaign . This is an allowed use.
Coca cola again purchases an image for a campaign and uses it as explained above. Two years later the brand manager of Sprite sees it on the internal database and wants to use it in a Sprite marketing campaign. This use is not allowed. (Two separate uses)
I hope this helps? If you would like to contact me directly you can do so on support@peopleimages.com
Warm Regards,
Michelle :)

Hi Lucretia,
thanks so much for coming back to me so quickly.
yes, I understand the different license types.
The extended license is of interest to us. However, I would need to know whether only ONE person in one company can use it or if more workstations are allowed to use it.
Thanks alot for your help.
Kind regards
michaela

Hi Michaela,
Apologies but Lucretia had to leave so I will assist you further :) I need some more clarity about what you intend to use the images for. Will it ultimately end up being 5 different projects or one image on 5 workstations where the outcome is a single campaign?
