I not received these $ 15 bonus

boa tarde, inscrevi-me agora no vosso site e disseram-me que tinha direito a 15$ de bonus para comprar imagens. Mas nao recebi esses 15$ de bonus e ao colocar a minha informação pessoal devia receber 1$ mas nao tou a receber. O site esta com algum problema?? abraço
