Download renderer error

I'm a new customer and tried you site. I got € 12 bonus from you and bought a photo for this bonus. But when I want to download the picture everytime I get a message and the download does not start.

The message is "Download renderer error"

I attaches a screenshot. Please help me.

Thank you for reporting this bug and apologies for the inconvenience it may have caused. My name is Jessica and i am your Account manager.

I have reloaded the credit onto your account and i have spoken with the programmers who have fixed the bug. They suggest that you try to download the image again.
