Downloadproblems

Dear ladies and gentlemen

I just tryed to download the picture with the number: 24722. I could pay for this picture but I couldn't download it. Could you help me? May be sent this photo via e-mail?

I have reported the bug to our programmers and they are working on tracing the bug.

Would you be so kind as to forward the following information to me please:

1. What method of payment are you using on the site?
2. What browser are you using our site from?

Could you also please send me a screenshot of the bug error message
alongside the URL address.

If it suits you! I will be happy to make direct contact contact with
you via phone or skype? I will also try and tracked your account and
send you the images via email if we are not successful with solving
the bug. As it could be an accounting or download error.
