Downloadproblems

Dear ladies and gentlemen,
I bought five fotos (42195, 55218, 52749, 59971, 60314) this evening and payed via paypal. I can't download my fotos. I have always the same wrong foto (57222) on my computer. I tried with firefox, chrome and internet explorer: always the same problem. I need the fotos urgently :(

Apologies for this inconvenience you have encounter with this bug. I just received the bug report from you, I have reported the bug to our programmers and they are working on tracing the bug.

Would you be so kind as to forward the following information to me please:

1. What method of payment are you using on the site?
2. What browser are you using our site from?

Could you also please send me a screenshot of the bug error message alongside the URL address.

Also feel free to forward me your contact details and I will happily talk you through a possible solution.

I will forward you the images via email as it reflects on your account that the amount was deducted.
