Can't download images - 'generating' button

Hi,
I have recently bought a number of images from your website but when I go to download them, the download button greys out and just says ‘generating’ but does not do anything else. I have tried in Safari and Google Chrome and still no luck so I don’t think it is the browser.

Please help with any suggestions.Thanks, Hugo
