Does a standard license cover music videos

Does a standard license cover music videos to be viewed on YouTube.com ect.

With a standard license agreement you are able to use the image for promotional posters and banners provided that the images will have a maximum of 499,999 impressions. if the image will have more than 499,999 impressions, an Extended License should be purchased.
