Terms, contract

Dear colleagues, we want to buy the right to use two photos.

1) http://peopleimages.com/image/gorgeous-young-woman-sitting-on-a-chair--isolated-white-natural

2) http://peopleimages.com/image/businessman-sitting-on-chair-with-hands-folded-portrait-white-business

Regarding this, we have two questions.
1.How much are these photos cost, including taxes (since we are in the territory of the Russian Federation).
2. Since we use these photos in our video, which would then be transferred through another company to the end-user, is it possible to register us as a buyer of the photos, intermediary company (legal entity which will transfer the movie) and the end-user?
