Use an image with flexible width

I'd like to buy some images, I've read in the licence that the maximum dimensions should be 1200x800, however my web layout adapts to user's screen, it would be using images filling the width, there are screens larger than 1200 px, so what's the stand here, is this usage included in the standar licence? What can I do to be able to use them like this?
