purchased wrong image

I made a mistake ordering am image. Instead of ordering Stock photo ID: 35877, which we wanted to use, I ordered and downloaded the picture ID 35875, which seems quite similar at first glance. Is there any possibility to exchange the images without having to pay a second time?

Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you as you have purchased and downloaded the image already. I will however be able to give you a discount on the correct image.

Purchase a small credit package: http://peopleimages.com/support/prices. I will then only subtract $18 instead of $27 and I will send you the image via email. The image is going to be XXL and purchased with a standard license. Please confirm this as well as the email address you would like me to send the image to.
