COO job position

hi there.
i pls want to check when the deadline for applications are. i am the director of photography services for Adventure Photos in Cancun, Mexico. We have photo conessions at the different resort chains, and I am in charge of 32 photo galleires, and 140 staff. I am very interested in this position, as I am from Mossel Bay. I have been a photographer for 14 years, and travelled around the world working on cruise ships where I became photo manager. When there was no more room for growth, I came to Mexico where we started up Adventure Photos 4 years ago. I was in charge of the Riu AM Reosrts for 3 years, then got promoted to director of photography services for Cancun earlier this year.
I am leaving on vacation to SA on Monday, but will be back in Cancun on 11 October. would this provide me with enough time once i get back.
