Shooting on request

Hi, I'm a graphic designer from italy. I need a shoot for a megaposter representing an elegant young woman who embrace a few coloured cachemere sweaters. Great lights, High detail, black backgound and a very pretty and expressive face (I think Juliana V could be the right choice but only client will have the last word). I'ld like also some white spot in blur motion suggesting snow. Can you please make an urgent quotation for this kind of image in Royalty Free contract with Signed model release?
If your price will be accepted i'll transmit to You the lay-out I submitted to my client to give you a correct idea of light and shadow i need for copyspace.
