Hello there, I received a link to download free images from your site, I liked most of them and I was downloading several when an image shown $140 dollars and it downloaded.... above you'll find the receipt number.. as you can tell I was downloading because they were free... I would not purchase a $140 photo... why would you advertise as free when it has costs and its really easy to go ahead and download and purchase unwanted photos...
Can you please refund this money to my account?

Good pictures are great. But they'll work great with video. Then the customer will see more information about the product. Consequently, they will be more attracted to your store. I have checked this in my personal practice. That is why I am now working with a company that creates an animated explainer video that tells the customer more about the product, engages them more, and answers their most asked questions. So I think it's a great addition that won't take up a lot of your time, but it can increase sales significantly.

Now item 2305 is showing as -140 on the site... but my account is still showing as If I had purchased it....
