A position at Yuri Arcurs Productions

Would a sworn statement to say i have a clear criminal record be ok to add with all the other documents for a position at Yuri Arcurs creation. I have a sworn statement and will receive my certificate only in 6 to 8 weeks. I have all other relevant information
