Armand

I studied Industrial Psychology at the Northwest University in Potchefstroom and started my HR career as a Labour Relations Officer in the Local Government sector and later continued to work in the Retail, Distance Learning and Software Development sectors as an HR professional. On a more personal lever, I was born and raised in a small town in the Northern Cape named Hartswater. It is a beautiful town centered around agriculture, where there are lots of citrus orchards, pecan tree plantations as well as other seasonal produce grown.
