Do you give accreditation for the equipment you use?

You use some things like mobile phones, Apple laptops and so on. Do you always have to give an accreditation for using these things or do you retouch only the logo and then it is legal??

Hi Arnold,
All trademarks are removed from our images before they are sold unless a property release have been obtained from the copyright holder of the specific trademark.
The law does not permit us to use, for instance, Apple's logo in our images, but we are not banned from using their computers as long as the logo is digitally removed. Same goes for a lot of other things, although removing the logo is not always sufficient. Some buildings are also copyright protected, and the same goes for designer items such as, for instance, furniture and cutlery.

It can be quite a task figuring out all the laws regarding copyright and trademark protected items, which is why it's always best to obtain a property release if possible and if not, simply avoid using the item if you are in doubt whether it might be copyright protected or not.

Best
Alessa
