Can you make an image larger?

I’m in the middle of preparing for a customer's exhibition booth.I downloaded one of your images that we have used for the whole campaign in XXXLarge format not realizing that it is still to small for printing on booth panels 2509x2224 mm in 150 dpi.

As usual customer decisions on text, layouts etc took a while and now that I have all the GO’s from
the people involved I wanted to prepare the print files for the booth and saw that the 6048x4032 px
give me about 1 meter in length instead of the required 2.5 meters, thats 72 dpi.

My question now is can you provide that picture in bigger size than downloadable on stock sites?
I pray that you can get back to me ASAP.
Thanks in advance.

Rgds,
Patrick

Dear Patrick,

The image sizes offered on peopleimages.com are the biggest sizes available. If you need an image in an even bigger size, please feel free to request a professional upscaling done by one of our retouchers so that it might suit your needs better. We will then use professional upsizing software to do it properly for you, or we will find supplement images shot close to the image in question so that we may stitch them together which will make the resolution naturally higher. This is possible with 50% of our images. I know it might sound very science fiction, but it is actually possible without it looking bad.

The upscaling is part of our Custom Retouching service. You can read much more about it on http://peopleimages.com/retouching.

Please feel free to get back to me again should you have any other questions.

Kind Regards
Alessa
