Can we sell your Images?

Hi Yuri,

I'm the owner of a successful, well-known press-agency in germany. We shoot german celebrities for covers and inside photos for all magazines in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

What we want to start with: Selling beauty photos with models for the Cover and inside of all these interesting magazines. You have these images. My question is: would you be interested in having us sell your images - not exclusive of course - your photos to this magazines in Germany, Switzerland and Austria?

Thank you for an interesting proposal.
If you are interested in distributing Yuri's images, please contact Kasper Ravlo who handles all new contracts with agencies.
Please include the following in your message for Kasper:
1. The commission offer you have in mind?
2. Will you do the submission and organization of our files on your site if we send you a hard drive, upload by FTP or other means, or are you looking to have us do that? Time-frame?
3. A copy of your contributor contract.
4. A copy of your user restrictions defined on the site.

Your contract must include the following:
1. A clear termination clause with a clear promise of complete removal of all images within 2 years.
2. An allowance for due diligence.
3. Must not include an upload minimum or submission minimum.
4. Must contain a clearly defined payment structure and sales statement reporting system.
5. A list of subdistributors if any.
6. A specified jurisdiction.
